By submitting the application, I agree with the following terms and conditions of personal data usage:

1. In relation to the ICU International Composers Contest organised by the International Conductors Union (ICU), your personal data, including your name, contact details and administrative information are collected to facilitate your participation in the ICU International Composers Contest, to implement organisational arrangements and your entry to the buildings. The processing of personal data is necessary for the task carried out in the public interest for the management and functioning of the ICU International Composers Contest, as mandated by t the International Conductors Union. 
2. During the ICU International Composers Contest, the  ID copy you submitted will be used exclusively to verify participants age. It will not be transferred, send or transmitted anywhere. The ICU guarantees its destruction after the end of the Contest.
3. During the ICU International Composers Contest, the materials you submitted (audio files, midi files, full scores, orchestra scores, excluding ID copy) will be transmitted jury members.
4. All Jury members are obligated to terminate received materials after the end of the ICU International Composers Contest. 
5.  You can withdraw the application any time. The application fee is not refundable. In this case, all the submitted materials will be terminated by submitting a resignation email to info@conductorsunion.com.
6. The winners will be notified by email and asked to provide artistic photos and bio. By submitting this application, you agree to provide this information.
7. The International Conductors Union has the right to post and announce names of the winners, piece titles, and other information excluded date of birth and ID number.  
8. The winners refused to provide the mentioned materials will be disqualified and deprived the prize. 
9. The International Conductors Union has the right to include winners’ music materials into its concert programs for the next two years after the Contest with no commission or payment to the composer-winner of the ICU International Composers Contest. By submitting this application, the applicant gives the ICU permission for that.
10. The International Conductors Union has the right to make video and audio recording of the mentioned concerts/performances for further promotion on ICU media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Vimeo and others) purpose. There will be no commission or payment to the composer. Video and audio materials will be shared provided to the winners.
