Our mission is to help and unite.

Classical music is a unique phenomenon. It is hard to find a more emotionally filled kind of art which can be understood by anyone in the world. Our mission is to help conductors and orchestras to run their projects. We believe that assisting conductors and orchestras will positively influence the whole industry. ICU runs both educational and concert programs and collaborates with a vast number of institutions.

What we do

We organise a series of conducting masterclasses in which professional conductors will teach and share their knowledge.

Competitions are an important part of a developing musician’s career. The ICU runs a number of competitions in various locations around the world.
